Proposed extension

Bracknell Forest Council Planning Department has confirmed that a two-storey extension providing an additional 36,000 sq ft would receive office support subject to an Employment Impact Assessment. This will increase the total floor space to 86,000 sq ft. The proposal continues to make best use of a previously developed brown field site and causes no visual or ecological harm. The traffic associated with the proposed extension will be accommodated safely on the highway network without any adverse impact. The completed development will create a low carbon, sustainable, headquarters office building setting new standards for energy efficiency in the Thames Valley.
